Learning purpose

In order to meet the requirements of the company’s management for improving the quality of technology and optimizing costs, and at the same time to enhance the design staff’s R&D calculation and analysis capabilities, with the assistance of IT and administrative departments, we specially invited Suzhou Wankun SOLIDWORKS professional senior teachers to hold this SolidWorks Simulation finite element analysis application training.

Ways of learning

This training was conducted from August 23, 2019 to August 25, 2019. A comprehensive SOLIDWORKS finite element analysis application closed training was conducted in our company for three consecutive days. In order to strengthen the training effect, the technicians specially moved the working computer to the conference room on the second floor. After the general manager of the technical department Yao announced the training discipline for the centralized management of the mobile phone, the training officially kicked off.

Learning requirements

This training lecturer focused on the theory and knowledge of finite element analysis, and gave a detailed explanation of the analysis process. The technicians systematically learned about symmetrical and free self-balancing assemblies, compatible/incompatible grids, and adaptive grids. Under the guidance of the instructor, each designer conducts practical operations on the theoretical knowledge learned, and analyzes the strength and rigidity of the current general-purpose machine frame for subsequent optimization. Provide theoretical guidance.

In the current tight production stage with high temperature protection orders, the company decided to hold this technical training, which reflects the company's concern for technical personnel. Through this training, it is bound to set off a learning climax for technicians to learn technology and improve design quality. All the designers unanimously expressed that they will apply what they have learned, and make no less effort than anyone else to improve product quality and optimize costs. They will continue to learn modestly in their daily work, and be firmly responsible for each machine, responsible for each customer, and for improvement.
