Mr. Li put forward the current situation of the use of domestic presses, and pointedly pointed out the difficulties and defects.

The failure rate is high (explained later), the chain is dropped at critical times, the production burden is difficult to bear, the economy is low (the user's return on investment is low), and the requirements for operators and maintenance workers are not low. The faults are specifically manifested in: (1) The clutch failure rate is very high, the friction block life is low, and there are very dangerous combo actions; (2) The brake angle and top dead center fluctuate too much, and it is difficult to adapt to the needs of automated forging; 3) High seal height adjustment failure rate; (4) Failure to lift the stewing mechanism; (5) Large press vibration/shake; (6) High linear velocity of the cylinder of the lower ejector mechanism and high failure rate; (7) The guide rail is easy to wear .
