(Summary description)Congratulation CPTEK 16000kN large cold warm forging knuckle servo press passed the Jiangsu provincial new product appraisal. Liyang Bureau of industry and information technology participate in the new product "16000kN four-motor servo driven cold and warm forging press" appraisal meeting, which sponsored by CPTEK, entrusted by Jiangsu Provincial Department of industry and information technology, organized by Changzhou Bureau of industry and information technology on December 28, 2020. The appraisal committee listened to the work summary, technical summary and other reports, reviewed the relevant information, and inspected the production line, then they took question and discussion, in this way, they agreed that the innovation of the product is reflected in the development of four AC permanent magnet synchronous servo motors with nominal pressure of 16000kN, direct drive, rocker and knuckle composite working mechanism, and multi motor synchronous automatic control. The system solves the problem that the motion curve of the slider is strictly required by cold forging and warm forging, and accomplished the high efficiency and precision forging. The overall technology of the product reached the international advanced level, and it is approved to pass the new product identification.
