The technical R&D team of the company is composed of over 30 Japanese and Chinese senior engineers who have been worked in well-known press or automation corporations, averagely more than 20 years experience on the field of press design and peripheral automation devices development. Many Japanese top experts on the field of mould are working as technical consultants. We have established IUR(Industry-University-Research) Base and Jiangsu Enterprise Postgraduate Workstation together with Xi’an Jiaotong University and Jiangsu University, meanwhile, have founded many provincial-level R&D platforms, several famous professors and overseas experts always engage in research and development.

The technicians of CPTEK carry on mechanic modeling in press structure by FEM(Finite Element Method) and Multi-body dynamics simulation technology system, analysis the static&dynamic stiffness performance, thermal properties, as well as provide precise analyzed data for the design of products. We have applied 50 patents until now, including 11 authorized invention patents, 25 utility model patents, 5 software copyrights and 5 design patents.
