Project Description

The project aims at the industrialization and localization of large-tonnage servo presses, completed the multi-motor synchronous drive technology of large-tonnage servo presses, and solved the high-precision manufacturing technology of the fuselage and assembly technology, control system, and technology of key components. We have produced a series of intelligent multi-station servo presses, established an intelligent servo press research and development platform; developed multi-machine online automation, completed multi-station high-speed handling technology research and development, and manufactured a three-dimensional handling automation production line; completed Metal forming technology and optimization technology suitable for servo press; developed a servo press control system based on Ethernet.

He has applied for 9 invention patents (6 authorized), 14 utility model patents (14 authorized), 5 software copyrights, 4 appearance designs, 9 core papers and 4 master's theses have been published. Drafted national standards, participated in the revision of 2 industry standards (industry standard numbers: JB/T 13427.1-2018, JB/T 13427.2-2018), and formulated 3 product enterprise standards.

Project performance

At present, the results of this project have been well applied and promoted. Intelligent servo punch series (80T-1250T), frequency conversion punch series (80T-1600T), cold and warm precision forging servo press series (400T-1600T) have been manufactured. Accuracy meets European EU standards and Japanese JIS standards. Some of the servo presses have received strong support from customers such as Anhui Haofang, Suzhou Shixin, Fangtai, Qincheng Group, some aerospace and other military enterprises, and at the same time, on the basis of this project, we will further develop large-scale servo presses. Upgrade and update and optimization of the overall operating system.

The implementation of this project further enhances our core competitiveness, strengthens our confidence in customizing for customers, replacing imports to help customers upgrade their industries, and laying a good foundation for my country's independent innovation and development of intelligent multi-station servo press equipment .
