Another day of the traditional culture study day, we ushered in the start of the "Disciple Guidance" study, listening to Teacher Cai Lixu's "Forty Lectures on Discipline Guidance"-people start with filial piety, and people end with filial piety.

This course is a deep understanding of the filial piety education of the "Disciples Regulations". I have always thought that "fathers are kind and filial" is a matter of course. It is natural for parents to love their children and children to be filial to their parents. But what we see in reality is that there are no parents who do not love their children, but there are too many children who do not filial parents. The next generation must pass effective education to respect their elders. Therefore, our ancestors have always attached importance to filial piety education. When we understand this truth, we must attach importance to filial piety education. The so-called "sons do not filial piety to their fathers". We fail to give children filial piety education and blindly complain that children do not understand filial piety is the problem of our previous generation.

Through the content of the two classes of Teacher Cai, it is not difficult to see:

Be a person full of love,

Be a person of faith and integrity,

Be a polite and civilized person,

This is the first lesson in life that the "Disciple Guidance" will teach.

How can this be done?

Start with filial piety!

After studying, the family members of each group shared in the group, and then came to the sharing session with all members. A total of 13 family members from the six groups of filial piety, loyalty, etiquette, peace, humility, and benevolence shared with everyone. They talked about their children’s education; they talked about their attitudes towards their parents and elders; they talked about their thinking at work; they talked about happiness. It’s actually very simple to receive a smile every day; when it comes to precepts and deeds, they should be at home. Be a good parent's child, be a good husband or wife, be a good parent of your children, and be good at each of your own identities.

Treat your relatives with a grateful heart, guide your relatives with a soft heart and wisdom, and filial piety is the first, and then the family will be happy.
